Reading is Luke 13:10-17 ("Jesus Heals a Crippled Woman on the Sabbath"), with references to Colossians 3:16 and Matthew 18:20; the 'seventh day' is introduced in Genesis 2:1-3 and quoted (by the synagogue official) in the Ten Commandments in Exodus 20:8-11 and Deuteronomy 5:12-15. (As the talk was in an all-age service, it included dramatic asistance from some younger members of the congregation.)
