Team Values
This team is more than a football club. We cannot emphasise enough the privilege of playing for a football team that aims to put Jesus at the centre, including the un-included, ‘doing’ the gospel on the pitch and spreading Jesus’ name.

It may surprise you to know that Central Baptist Church have an adult men's 11-a-side football team!
Find the LeagueWho We Are
We currently have thirteen guys attached from this church or other churches (either attending weekly or related to those who do) and reach up to twenty more. If you want to play football in a team that has sharing Jesus at the centre, this team is for you.
Training and matches
We train every Monday evening from September to May at Moulsham High School (7pm to 8pm) and play matches on most Saturday mornings (typically 10:30am).
Champions!
We are very proud to have recently won our first ever title as well, winning the Chelmsford and District Churches Football League in 2022-23.
The League
We, and six other Christian teams from across the district, play in the league which has been continuously running since 1993.
